Tell-A-Friend Rules and Regulations
To qualify for the Tell-A-Friend reward, you (the “Referrer”) must be an active self-pay SIRIUS Canada subscriber and you must first refer a friend (the “Referee”) to SIRIUS Canada using the Tell-A-Friend email tool. In order for the Tell-A-Friend reward (the “reward” is a $25 ESSO Gift Card) to be awarded to you, your friend must activate a SIRIUS radio using the same email address provided in the Tell-a-Friend email message. There is no time restriction between when the referral takes place and when your friend activates his or her radio. There is no restriction on the number of friends you can refer to SIRIUS Canada nor to the number of rewards that can be earned. The reward offer is available to current SIRIUS Canada subscribers who refer new, primary subscriptions to SIRIUS Canada. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of reward. This reward offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. SIRIUS Canada will not use, spam, distribute or sell the email addresses provided in the Tell A Friend application.
